Challenge & Solution
Challenge
Influencers lacked accessible infrastructure to launch branded product lines and monetize audience engagement beyond sponsorship partnerships.
Solution
We created a creator commerce platform that allows influencers to build branded stores, manage products, and sell merchandise directly, enabling scalable revenue diversification opportunities.
The founders had worked with influencers on brand deals and watched the ceiling every one of them hit. Sponsorship income is capped by how often you can post an ad before your audience leaves, and it stops the moment you do.
Every creator they spoke to wanted a product line. Almost none had one, because the path to it runs through minimum order quantities, a manufacturer who will not answer a first-time buyer, upfront capital, warehousing, and a fulfilment problem nobody with a full-time content schedule wants to own. The creators who managed it were the ones who could afford to lose thirty thousand dollars finding out it did not work.
The brief was to remove every one of those barriers and let a creator find out in a week rather than a year, without putting their own money at risk.
The 48 hour figure changed the economics of experimentation. Creators now launch a product to test demand the way they would test a content format, and kill it without cost if it does not land.
The unexpected outcome was that the highest performers are not the largest accounts. Mid-sized creators with tightly defined audiences consistently outsell accounts ten times their size, which has reshaped how the platform recruits.
A storefront builder that a creator sets up themselves, styled to their brand rather than to a platform template, on their own domain if they want one.
Behind it, a vetted supplier network with production triggered on order, so no creator holds stock. Product configuration covers apparel, accessories and print, with live mockup generation from uploaded artwork so a design can be seen on the product before it is published.
Margin is set by the creator per product, with the platform take and unit cost shown transparently at the point of pricing.
Order routing, tracking, returns and customer service escalation run through the platform, which is the part creators most wanted to never touch. Payouts run on a rolling schedule with a revenue dashboard broken down by product and by traffic source, so a creator can see which post sold what.
