About Project

AI Property Video Creation Platform
DAIN empowers real estate professionals to transform property listings into cinematic video tours without requiring production teams or editing expertise. Realtors capture photos, label spaces, and enter property details, allowing the platform to generate polished walkthrough narratives supported by localized research insights. This dramatically improves listing engagement and helps agents present homes with consistent professionalism across marketing channels. The platform shortens time to market for listings while helping agents differentiate themselves in competitive property markets by delivering visually compelling experiences that attract serious buyers.
Impact
  • Listing video in 8 minutes, replacing a three to five day turnaround from a production vendor.
  • Cost per video from $450 to under $12 in compute.
  • 41,000 tours generated in the first year.
  • Listings with video receive 3.2x the enquiries of those without, measured across the same brokerages.
  • An agent can now cover 14 listings a week where video was previously reserved for the top two or three.
  • Built in 7 weeks.

Challenge & Solution

Challenge

Real estate professionals struggled to consistently produce high quality video tours, often relying on costly production vendors or manual editing workflows that delayed listing launches and reduced marketing impact. The process lacked scalability for agents managing multiple listings simultaneously.

Solution

We created a platform that transforms simple property inputs into professionally narrated listing videos. This enables agents to launch visually engaging marketing content faster while maintaining brand consistency and significantly improving listing engagement across digital channels.

Story / Origin

Video sells property and every agent knows it. The problem is that a videographer costs several hundred dollars a listing and needs booking days ahead, so agents reserve video for the listings that already have the highest value.

That creates the gap the client wanted to close. The mid-market listings, which are most listings, go to market with a set of stills, and the agent managing eleven properties has no realistic way to produce anything better. The ones who tried editing footage themselves were spending evenings in software they did not know, producing something that undercut the listing rather than helping it.

The client had tested the generic AI video tools available and found the same failure each time. They produce something that looks like a property video without understanding what a property video is for, which is showing flow between rooms and giving a sense of space.

End Results

The volume shift is the real result. Video stopped being a decision an agent makes about a specific listing and became the default for all of them, because at twelve dollars and eight minutes there is no reason to choose.

Brokerages have started using consistent video across their whole inventory as a recruitment argument to agents, which was not a use case anyone had anticipated at kickoff.

Features Buit

An upload flow taking either photos or raw walkthrough footage, with automatic room detection and sequencing that follows how a viewer would actually move through the property rather than upload order.

Shots are stabilised, colour corrected and paced automatically, with transitions timed to the music bed rather than applied at fixed intervals.

Voiceover is generated from the listing details, in a selectable voice, with the script editable before render. Branding, agent details and contact frames apply from a brokerage-level template so output stays consistent across a team.

Output renders in the aspect ratios each channel needs, portrait for social and landscape for portals, from one job. Bulk processing handles a batch of listings overnight, and completed videos push directly to the brokerage's listing feed.
