About Project

IV Therapy and Nurse Service Platform
Infuse CTL connects licensed healthcare professionals with patients seeking at home wellness and treatment services. Patients can discover providers, book services, and manage appointments through simplified digital workflows. Clinics benefit from expanded patient reach and improved scheduling coordination. The platform increases healthcare accessibility while improving operational efficiency for providers. By digitizing service coordination, Infuse CTL supports modern patient care delivery while maintaining reliable provider patient engagement processes.
Impact
  • 1,900 licensed clinicians onboarded across 14 states.
  • Booking to appointment in 4 hours at median, against three to five days by phone.
  • Clinician utilisation from 52% to 79% through route-aware scheduling.
  • 68,000 in-home treatments delivered through the platform in year one.
  • Cancellation rate at 7%, down from 24% under phone booking.
  • Built in 7 weeks.

Challenge & Solution

Challenge

Patients struggled to locate licensed professionals for at home wellness treatments while providers faced scheduling inefficiencies and limited digital booking capabilities.

Solution

We created a healthcare service marketplace that simplifies appointment scheduling, improves provider visibility, and increases patient accessibility to at home treatment services.

Story / Origin

Mobile wellness treatment grew faster than the infrastructure to run it. Providers were coordinating in-home appointments through a phone line, a shared calendar and a group chat, and the model breaks the moment more than a handful of clinicians are in the field.

Patients felt it as unreliability. Someone books an appointment, gets a callback the next day to confirm, then a text the morning of to reschedule because the clinician is stuck across town. The client had strong clinical standards and a booking experience that undercut them at every step.

The scheduling problem was genuinely hard rather than merely neglected. These are appointments at addresses, with travel time between them, licence restrictions by state, and treatments requiring specific certifications. A generic calendar cannot express any of that, which is why nobody had solved it with an off-the-shelf tool.

End Results

Utilisation moving from 52% to 79% is where the business case sits. The same clinical workforce delivers half again as many treatments, purely because the schedule respects geography.

Cancellations falling to 7% came from confirming appointments immediately rather than provisionally. Patients cancel when they are not sure the appointment is real, which the old process gave them ample reason to doubt.

Features Buit

Clinician profiles carrying licence, state coverage, certifications and treatment scope, verified at onboarding and monitored for expiry.

Scheduling is route-aware: it accounts for travel time between appointments, service radius and appointment duration, so a day is bookable without a coordinator mentally solving a routing problem.

Patients complete intake and screening before an appointment is confirmed, with contraindication flags routed for clinical review rather than blocking silently.

Beyond booking: consent capture, treatment notes recorded on site, secure storage under HIPAA-aligned controls, payment and insurance documentation, automated post-treatment follow-up, and a clinician app with the day's route, patient notes and navigation.
