About Project

Premium Suite Booking and Experience Hub
This platform elevates premium stadium experiences by allowing fans to explore luxury suites through immersive digital tours and book packages for individual games or full seasons. Customers can review suite details, check availability, and complete purchases through a seamless booking interface. The platform enhances premium fan engagement while simplifying ticket sales workflows. By digitizing suite discovery and purchasing, the organization increases revenue opportunities while delivering modern hospitality experiences that reflect the exclusivity of premium sports entertainment offerings.
Impact
  • Suite enquiry to signed contract from 21 days to 6.
  • 41% of suite sales now complete without a sales call, where previously every one required several.
  • Single-game suite revenue up 2.4x, a segment the manual process could not serve economically.
  • Inventory visible in real time across a full season, replacing a shared spreadsheet.
  • Sales team covers 3x the enquiry volume with the same headcount.
  • Built in 9 weeks.

Challenge & Solution

Challenge

Premium suite bookings relied heavily on manual coordination between sales teams and customers, limiting accessibility, reducing purchasing transparency, and slowing revenue growth opportunities for high value seating packages.

Solution

We developed an immersive booking platform that enables fans to explore suites digitally and complete purchases independently. This increased suite visibility, streamlined sales workflows, and enhanced overall premium fan experience engagement.

Story / Origin

Premium suite sales worked the way they had for decades. A prospect calls, a salesperson checks a spreadsheet for availability, sends a PDF of pricing, negotiates by email, and eventually produces a contract. Three weeks was normal for a transaction the buyer had already decided on in the first ten minutes.

That process is defensible for a full-season suite at six figures. It is completely uneconomic for a single game, which is why single-game inventory largely went unsold. Nobody was going to spend three weeks of a salesperson's time on one Sunday.

The other cost was invisible. Buyers who wanted to see what was available, what it included and what it cost had no way to find out without entering a sales conversation, and a meaningful number of them simply did not bother. The organisation was filtering out its own demand at the first step.

End Results

The single-game segment is the commercial story. Inventory that used to go unsold because it was not worth a salesperson's time now sells itself, and that is where the 2.4x comes from.

For the large accounts, removing three weeks of administrative back-and-forth did not just accelerate deals. It freed the sales team to spend that time on relationship work with the accounts that renew, which is where suite revenue actually compounds.

Features Buit

An interactive suite map showing real inventory by game and by season package, with sightline previews from each suite location, so a buyer can see what they are actually purchasing.

Configurable packages cover full season, partial season and single game, with catering tiers, ticket allocations, parking and amenity options priced as the buyer selects rather than quoted afterwards.

Self-serve checkout runs through contract generation and e-signature for transactions under a threshold, with anything above it routing to a salesperson holding the full context of what the buyer configured.

Behind that: a CRM-integrated pipeline, inventory locking so two salespeople cannot sell the same suite, renewal workflows for existing holders, and a client portal for managing guest lists, catering orders and ticket distribution across a season.
