About Project

Premium Tennis Suite Booking Experience
This platform enhances premium tennis event experiences by allowing fans to explore stadium suites through immersive tours and purchase hospitality packages digitally. Users can review suite features, availability, and booking options across tournament events. By digitizing premium suite purchasing workflows, the platform increases accessibility for fans while helping organizers improve hospitality revenue streams. The experience modernizes premium event ticketing by combining immersive viewing with streamlined purchasing workflows.
Impact
  • Hospitality packages sold out 5 weeks earlier than the previous tournament.
  • Booking completion at 68%, against 19% on the enquiry form it replaced.
  • Corporate bookings up 52% year on year.
  • Session-level inventory sold across 14 days, replacing all-or-nothing tournament packages.
  • On-site guest management moved off paper for 2,800 hospitality guests.
  • Built in 8 weeks.

Challenge & Solution

Challenge

Premium hospitality suite bookings relied on manual coordination and limited digital discovery, reducing accessibility and slowing purchasing workflows for event guests.

Solution

We developed a premium suite discovery and booking platform that allows fans to explore and purchase hospitality packages digitally, improving purchasing convenience and increasing premium event engagement.

Story / Origin

A two-week tournament compresses everything. Unlike a season, where a sales team has months to work through inventory, hospitality for an event like this sells in a short window against a hard deadline, and anything unsold on the final day is worth nothing.

The client was running that window through an enquiry form and a small team returning calls. Under a fifth of the people who started the form finished it, and the ones who did waited a day or two for a response, by which point a corporate buyer organising client entertainment had often moved on.

There was also a structural mismatch in what was on offer. Packages were built around the full tournament, but most corporate buyers want a specific afternoon: a quarter-final, a particular match, a day that suits their clients' diaries. The inventory existed at session level and the sales process did not.

End Results

Selling out five weeks early changed the economics of the whole hospitality operation, because it removed the end-of-window discounting that had previously cleared remaining inventory.

Moving guest management off paper was the operational win nobody had asked for. Accreditation and arrivals for nearly three thousand guests used to require a dedicated team working from printed lists, and now runs from the booking records themselves.

Features Buit

Session-level inventory across the tournament, so a buyer selects the specific days and matches they want rather than a fixed package.

Suite and hospitality area browsing with capacity, view, catering options and included amenities, priced live as a configuration is built.

Instant booking with contract and payment inline, which is what closes the gap between a corporate buyer deciding and a competing use of that budget arriving.

A group manager tool handles guest lists, dietary requirements, accreditation and arrival details, with digital passes issued to each guest. On-site check-in runs from the same records, and a live dashboard shows hospitality operations who has arrived and which areas are at capacity.

Waitlists capture demand on sold-out sessions and convert automatically on release.
